Warranty Policy

The Warranty covers all the Products shown in the Website. The Warranty, from now on mentioned as "Standard Warranty", is valid for 4 months starting from the time of the Product purchase.

Standard Warranty will be void if, but not limited to any of conditions mentioned below are met:

1. The Product was water damaged
2. The Product was disassembled
3. The Product software was modified
4. The Product hardware was modified

If Warranty conditions are met and the Product was found to be defective, the Customer will receive a compensation in form of a replacement or refund of the full amount paid for the Product.

Shipping Policy

We use different shipping methods to ship the Product to the Customer. Due to uncontrollable conditions, the shipping time can take up 3-6 days. If the shipping time extends to a month, the Customer has the right to contact Us to receive a compensation in form of a replacement or refund of the full amount paid for the Product.

General Refund & Replacement Policy

If We and the Customer have agreed on a decision which falls under providing replacement or refund, We have the right to action the decision within 1 (one) week starting the date of dispute agreement.
